Our program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

Amazing coaches, friendly environment! My husband and I joined Grey Coast CrossFit 18 months ago and it has become like a second home to us. Owners Annie and Josh are very knowledgeable and provide just the right balance of tough workouts and fun. CROSSFIT FUNDAMENTALS ($299 for five one-to-one sessions)
Learn foundational CrossFit movements in five one-on-one sessions with a certified CrossFit coach. Your coach will teach you new skills and suggest modifications as necessary. Sessions can be arranged to fit your schedule.
FREE NUTRITION CONSULTATION
Meet with one of our certified nutrition coaches to discuss your goals for nutrition, weight, and body composition. Our coach will walk you through our available services, and we can design the next steps custom made for you!

"BUILD MOMENTUM" NUTRITION PROGRAM
Jump-start and build momentum in your nutrition with this 3-month program. Your coach will tailor suggestions to your lifestyle, needs and preferences. In the first month, you will receive a 1-hour initial consultation and a subsequent 30-minute 1:1 session with your nutrition coach, biometric testing, an individualized meal plan, and a nutrition handbook. In the second & third months, you’ll receive monthly 30-minute 1:1 sessions with your coach and semi-monthly check-ins.
Cost: $179/month for Three Months
ON-GOING NUTRITION COACHING
After completing either the “Build Momentum” program or a Nutrition Challenge, nutrition clients graduate to On-Going Nutrition Coaching for continued accountability & support. This membership provides a monthly 30-minute 1:1 session with your coach and semi-monthly check-ins.
**If you want additional accountability, you can upgrade to semi-monthly 30-minute 1:1 sessions, with weekly check-ins.
Cost: $109/month for Monthly Accountability OR $179**/month with Additional Accountability
Twice per year (for 4 weeks in the fall & 6 weeks in the winter), we offer a nutrition challenge that focuses on healthy eating habits in a group setting. You’ll receive support from a Nutrition Coach and fellow challenge participants, weekly webinars, biometric testing, a meal plan, and weekly mini-challenges with prizes.
