Our program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

Amazing coaches, friendly environment! My husband and I joined Grey Coast CrossFit 18 months ago and it has become like a second home to us. Owners Annie and Josh are very knowledgeable and provide just the right balance of tough workouts and fun. CROSSFIT FUNDAMENTALS ($299 for five one-to-one sessions)
Learn foundational CrossFit movements in five one-on-one sessions with a certified CrossFit coach. Your coach will teach you new skills and suggest modifications as necessary. Sessions can be arranged to fit your schedule.
FREE NUTRITION CONSULTATION
Meet with one of our certified nutrition coaches to discuss your goals for nutrition, weight, and body composition. Our coach will walk you through our available services, and we can design the next steps custom made for you!
Cost: Complimentary (15 Minute Consultation)
Learn foundational nutrition concepts that help you develop healthy eating habits. Your coach will work with you on goal setting, simple ways to eat balanced meals, and more. Advice will be tailored to your lifestyle and goals. Sessions can be arranged to fit your schedule.
Cost: $299 for Four One-on-One Sessions
ON-GOING NUTRITION COACHING
Meet one-on-one with a certified nutrition coach to help you implement a plan to achieve your nutrition goals. Completion of the Nutrition Fundamentals program is required.
Cost: $45 per 30-Minute Session or $80 per 60-Minute Session
Twice per year (fall & winter), we offer a four-week nutrition challenge to jump-start healthy eating habits in a group setting. You’ll get accountability and outreach from a nutrition coach, biometric testing, meal plans, and weekly mini-challenges.
