I love coaching at Grey Coast CrossFit because this is the community that I work out with and am inspired by daily. I started doing CrossFit after my second (of 3) kid was born. I found myself with little time but a need to get back into my former athletic shape. With CrossFit, I found that I could get my cardio and strength workout done all in one hour.

My fitness background is as a competitive horseback rider, where I was twice a National Champion, competitive Spartan Obstacle Course racer, trail runner and adventure racer. I graduated from the US Naval Academy and spent five years in the Marine Corps.
When I am not in the gym, you can find me trail running at Coal Creek, hanging out with my husband and kids, or volunteering at the kids school.
