This smoothie will bring you back to those Strawberry Shortcake ice cream popsicles that you may have enjoyed as a kid. This recipe will make 1 smoothie or 6 smoothie pops.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
- 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 2 tbsp raw cashews
- 1 splash vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest (optional)
- 1 scoop strawberry protein powder
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
