A no-bake, healthy sweet treat that the whole family will love!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 12 energy balls
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
- 2 scoops Bubs Collagen Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp mini chocolate chips
- Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
- Roll into 12 evenly sized small balls.
- Place into an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to eat.
